Terms of sale

A licence to use the Expert Advisor on up to ten MetaTrader 5 accounts at any one time, for as long as the product exists, including future versions. You are not buying the source code and you are not buying exclusivity.

You may move a licence between your own accounts as often as you wish. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software or your licence files.

Delivery is immediate and electronic. Once payment confirms on-chain, the download becomes available in your account and you can bind your MT5 accounts yourself.

A newly issued licence can take a few minutes to become active because it is served from a cache.

Payment is in cryptocurrency only, quoted in US dollars. Prices are settled at the rate shown on the payment page for the duration of the payment window.

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us. If you send an amount that does not match the invoice, the order is held for manual review rather than fulfilled automatically. Contact us and we will resolve it.

Because delivery is immediate and the software cannot be returned, sales are final. This is why a fully functional free Expert Advisor, a public live account and the strategy tester are all available to you before you buy. Please use them.

If the software does not work as described, contact us. We would rather fix a genuine problem than keep money from an unhappy customer.

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker and of any prop firm whose account you run the software on.

We may revoke a licence without refund if it is shared, resold or redistributed, or if the account is used to attack or defraud the service.
